Offer the benefits of personal training, but in a small group environment to allow for more affordability and fun! Classes are progressive in nature and help students build the confidence necessary to practice the workouts on thier own. These classes are limited to 6 participants, run for 8 consecutive weeks and require pre-registration. $150 for 8-week session.Genesis Transformation: 
An individually designed coaching program for fat loss and increased overall fitness. We achieve this through education in the care and nourishment of your unique body. Our goal is to provide you with knowledge that will empower you to excellent health for the rest of your life.Strength and Conditioning: 
With a strong focus on proper alignment and safe execution of movement, these classes are designed to challenge strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination with the use of small equipment (stability balls, free weights, foam rollers, etc.). Because modifications and variations are provided in each class, these classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. $12 for Drop-in or $10 with 10 punch card.Zumba:
